We are looking to employ an HR admin assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Your duties will include**:

- Booking in shifts
- Creating staff profiles
- Update and maintain all records
- Handling Adhoc queries/tasks
- Basic Office Admin Duties
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Monitoring complaints
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Liaising with clients

**HR Assistant Requirements**
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Liase with the Managing Director and his PA on HR and Admin tasks

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)
