Premier Student Homes are a family run business based in the heart of student life in Edgbaston.

We are looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our friendly team. We are only a small team but we make up for that in character

You will report directly to the Lettings Manager, so will recieve support and training as required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- In your day-to-day you would provide expert advice and guidance to prospective Tenants and Landords.
- You will be the first point of call for all enquiries, so you will be required to manage and maintain our enquiry inbox, aswell as responding / taking incoming calls.
- You will conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and assess prospective Tenants needs and requirements.
- It is crucial that you collaborate effectively with our property management team to ensure the maintence of our properties is kept to the correct standards.
- You will be confident to schedule and host viewing appointments with prospective tenants.
- You will ensure we are legally compliant, by checking we have all the correct paperwork from our tenants such as 'right to rent' documentation and referencing.
- Negotiating with Landords and Tenants to reach the best price for both parties.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Be results driven and have the ability to work independently
- The ability to adhere to deadlines and communicate any delays effectively.
- Understanding of IT software such as excel, word, outlook etc.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Experience of working with a CRM system
- Undertaken sales / negotiation training or can demonstrate development of sales skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
