Temporary Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the smooth running of our company.
Competence in using accountancy packages with SAP being preferable. This is an office-based role, working within a small accounts team.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
Daily cash posting to SAP and bank reconciliation.
Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices and produce monthly accounts payable list.
Manage credit control functions to ensure customers pay to agreed terms.
General Ledger reconciliation, journal posting and monthly analysis.
Any ad hoc accounting related tasks as and when required.
**Technical Skills Requirement**
Good written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail with good numeracy and analytical skills.
Finance administration experience and understanding of double entry.
Competent in Excel and general IT relating to accounting software.
Work both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**
Full or part time with the potential opportunity of temporary to permanent.
