**Job Description**:
**The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting the EA to the Chairman
- Assisting with diary management, appointments, travel bookings & itineraries, data & documents.
- Collating reports and preparing packs ahead of board meetings
- Ad hoc administration tasks to ensure the continuous smooth running of the chairman’s office.
- Preparing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings, including organising lunches, refreshments, meeting materials etc.
- Maintaining and managing a filing system
- Reconciling invoices
- Liaising with members of staff at all levels
- Minute taking for meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a PA / Team Assistant in a busy office environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pro-active with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments
- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Flexible in line with the Chairmans needs
- Hands on attitude
- Willingness to learn
