We have a new and exciting opportunity for a registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical quality evaluator This role is focused on delivering a professional and high-quality services including complex and learning disability, autism & mental health. You carry out several clinical tasks including interview evaluations, completing nurse skill discussions, clinical auditing, recruitment file checks and checking right to works and references.

This is a KPI driven role where you will be ensuring we are in line with CQC regulations, so we're looking for a dedicated registered Nurse with exceptional nursing skills and knowledge to be able to deliver and contribute to our team's success.

Our community services team leverage short-term, long-term and lifetime solutions to quickly adapt to the changing needs of healthcare systems. As a CQC-registered healthcare organisation, working in partnership with integrated care systems and other NHS organisations, we deliver exceptional elective care outside of hospital.

**Every day you will...**
- Complete clinical discussions for agency staff who are declaring clinical skills that cannot be supported by a reference.
- Complete audits of clinical paperwork for our new and existing clients, auditing the documentation content and relevance of community clients, both adults and paediatrics, against business processes, compliance and contractual requirements.
- Provide documented audit feedback to the Clinical team, using the audit form outlining any issues, concerns, gaps and omissions.
