Should you join us in this role you will be part of our Buckinghamshire Mental Health Service. The service is designed to provide young people with expert help from a single point of access, and is part of the wider multi-disciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in association with Barnardos.

The Outreach Service for Children and Adolescents (OSCA) team aims to support and engage children, young people and families with complex needs by means of individualised home and community treatment packages.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that offers a whole systems approach to the short and long term management of mental illness that works across the whole CAMH service with the OSCA team picking up the highest levels of need.

To undertake protocol based psychological assessments of clients, including neuropsychological, tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients & others involved in the client’s care.

To assist in the assessment, formulation and delivery of care plans, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist.
