**Full Job Description**

Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Project Support Administrator **to join their business based out of their **Edgware **Dealership; this role is a 12 months fix-term contract position with a hybrid working model.

The **Project Support Administrator **will be a reliable member of the HR department in the Coordination of Benefits, supporting the centers with employee Welfare and assisting with delivering key HR Projects. To ensure that the departments contribute to the strategic goals of the business that are delivered in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
- Efficiently advising on all company benefits provided ensuring all documentation is passed on to the relevant parties
- Support the HR Manager with the administration and delivery of all employee benefits
- Ensuring all documentation / audit trails are recorded clearly for any changes that are made
- Assisting General Managers & HR Manager with drafting memos and instructions to managers regarding legal changes or any other relevant communication, in a timely manner.
- Arranging occupational health assessments and requesting medical reports for employees where appropriate.
