- 72531Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced recruitment professional to take on the role of Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at a successful company based in Bridlington.

You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment and onboarding queries, you’ll be the face of the business, the go to person for all technical recruitment and onboarding needs.

You’ll be organised and driven, with experience within recruitment and headhunting along with outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.

Duties of the Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist include:

- Be a key ambassador for vision, values and ethics, working with employees and managers to showcase best practice and make corrections when needed
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Work with management team to ensure effective recruitment process
- Manage agency relationships and recruitment budget
- Work with marketing to build employee brand
- Manage all related paperwork and compliance checks including referencing and Right to Work

This is a permanent opportunity earning a salary of £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience. The role is based in Bridlington, working flexible office hours choose from 9am - 5pm, 8am - 4pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm.
