Technical Site Surveyor Position Available - Contribute to Diverse and Challenging Projects

Location: Based in Windsor with required travel to various sites (Company vehicle provided)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information. Your expertise in analyzing data and using specialized equipment will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise survey results.

**Duties**:

- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, including measuring distances and angles using specialized equipment
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings based on collected data
- Analyze survey data to determine land elevations, contours, and other topographical features
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design
- Utilize GPS technology and computer-aided design (CAD) software to assist in surveying tasks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards during survey operations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze survey data accurately
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting and mapping purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
