We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers in Nelson, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is an independent lady in her early 20s who lives at home with her family in Nelson and requires support throughout the night to support her complex care needs.

She has a big passion for travelling and has recently visited Dubai, London, and France She loves immersing herself in diverse cultures, creating unforgettable memories, and embracing the thrill of discovery.

Enjoying a pamper night and experimenting with makeup is another favourite for our service user along with her family, friends and care team.

Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months’ previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Ventilation Management
- PEG feeding
- Cough Assist

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Nights
- 2 shifts per week
- Thursdays & Fridays
- 8:00pm-6:00am
- Adhock shifts will be available to cover A/L and sickness

**We are currently paying £13.00 per hour for this position** **(Approx. £130 per 10-hour shift)**

**This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and really making an impact on her day-to-day life.**
