We are currently recruiting for a Business Support to provide efficient, flexible and proactive support to our Newcastle office.

This is a varied role and duties include, extensive administrative practices, general stock administration duties, coordination of the stock management and coordination of a team of engineers, while ensuring industry-leading service is delivered to Secureshield customers and that service level agreements are met.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Previous experience within a customer/client service focused role (preferred)
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and anticipate the needs of clients.
- Processing of goods received paperwork including checking and entering supplier invoices, dealing with invoice queries and investigation / resolution of variances.
- Organisation / coordination / completion of the daily stock file routines and schedules including completion of reports, investigation and rectification of negative stocks and maintenance of stock files and paperwork archives.
- Maintaining records and databases of supplier contracts and regular review of delivery requirement.
- Updating the operational teams about stock and any delays or problems with suppliers.
- You will fully engage in continuous improvement work within the team and across the divisions, sharing good practice and challenging where appropriate to deliver a consistently high standard of work. You will use your initiative to develop, implement and promote new ideas and ways of working to improve performance and better support Senior Leadership Team preferences.

- Excellent verbal and listening skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Thorough attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
