Sprung Studios is looking for an **HR Office Administrator** to join our team

Working alongside the HR Manager and leadership team, the HR Office Administrator will provide generalist HR & Office administrator service in the Brighton studio. If you have experience in a similar role we would like to hear from you.

**HR Responsibilities**:

- Provide offer letters, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
- Onboard new employees, arrange office equipment and desks.
- Assist with recruitment, and organise onboarding.
- Create HR documentation and communication to support employees.
- Administer new hires, terminations, salary rate changes.
- Manage and administer Employee Absence Planning.
- Organise employee reviews and annual performance reviews.
- Ensure complete record keeping of files management.
- Create monthly newsletters to promote a positive and healthy workplace.
- Support HR Vancouver the Studio Director with ad-hoc duties.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ordering stationary, general office supplies and snacks.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Facilitate training workshops, plan events and team building activities.
- Maintain the printer/printing documents for employees.
- Plan monthly parties (order food & drinks).
- Keep meeting rooms tidy and ensure equipment is charged.
- Shipping and receiving orders for the office.
- Maintain a purchase list for the office and employees inventory.
- Work with IT to keep an up to date inventory list of all equipment.

**What you’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in a similar HR and office administrative role
- Strong knowledge on UK employment laws.
- CPHR qualification or work towards certification.
- Proficiency with Google suite.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Adaptable and proactive.
- ‘Can-do’ attitude.

**This is not a remote position.**

We are working in the studio with a **hybrid model.** Everyone will be in the studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are a work-from-home option.
