An excellent opportunity to join a global business in a HR team supporting employees across Europe. This is a fast paced role and will suit someone who has some HR administration/coordinator experience in a busy role.

Duties include:

- Provide administrative support to Human Resources by maintaining all employee and HR-related records
- Respond appropriately to confidential and sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Manage onboarding for new hires
- Maintain HRIS database and employee information ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Assist in the administration of HR programs, including time off and holidays
- Act as a knowledgeable resource to employees and internal support teams. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries
- Participate in and coordinate basic employee training programs including New Hire Orientation, Manager’s training, and other training programs as necessary
- Complete ad-hoc reporting requests in support of HR and business initiatives
- Assist with HR processes such as compensation planning and performance management
