Office Coordinator

My client a Crane Hire Company based near Headcorn are looking to recruit an Office Co-Ordinator to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sending purchase orders for cross hires, information to be received from the Operations Manager.
- Sending hire contracts - All information needs to be on the order booking for this to run smoothly and be a couple of days ahead.
- Sending quotes out for the Operations Manager and Operations Director, information will be received from them.
- Add job bookings to the board as per Operations Director instruction.
- Address all staff holiday requests in the hire desk system and receive instruction from Operations Director on actioning. Respond to staff if holiday is denied and the reason.
- Uniform ordering - staff will be requested to go to Operations Manager and hire desk administration to order once instructed.
- Answer phone calls and relay information - you will not to be the first point of call unless the Operations Director is absent from the office.
- Book hotels for staff upon instruction.
- Liaise with insurance companies upon Owners’ instructions and guidance. Finance Manager to download footage and retrieve a claim form from staff.
- Ad Hoc admin tasks as required.
- HR duties, assist with interviews, on boarding for new members of staff, Training, work wear and PPE issue.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm (half hour lunch)
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (half hour lunch)
**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Due to our client’s location, your own transport is essential.
We are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
