**Finance Administrator (Academic Services)**

**About the school or department**:
Academic Registry works to support academic and administrative colleagues throughout the schools to provide a professional, high quality, and customer-focused service in support of the University’s academic mission and strategic priorities.

**About the role**:
Academic Services requires a professional finance administrator to undertake procurement activities across the schools. The team provide a procurement and financial service to all Schools, processing purchasing and sales invoice requirements. The key activities that the role holder will be responsible for are:
Ordering/purchasing goods and services

Booking business travel and accommodation

Raising invoices to receive payment to the University

Dealing with bookings for field trips

Assisting with finance and budget queries
