We are looking for a **Finance Administrator** to join our client's family-run business on a **full-time, 12-month FTC**. Offering luxury holiday homes to rent across the UK, the company continues to go from strength to strength and prides itself on being a fantastic place to work.

The Finance Administrator will report into and support the Finance Manager and wider finance team by carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.

**Resposibilities**:

- Day-to-day processing of income and administration of the finance function
- Monitoring bank accounts, matching payments to enquiry/booking ID
- Data entry, updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system (Ipro)
- Preparing owner statements
- Producing invoices (PayPal/commission)
- Book-keeping using Xero, including bank reconciliations, payments from guests, refunds and payments to owners
- Identifying and addressing account discrepancies
- Ad hoc tasks/projects as required by the Finance Manager

**Person Specific**:

- A-Levels or Equivalent
- Experience in administrative roles
- Experience of working to deadlines in a busy department
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office packages
- Able to plan and work to timescales and deadlines
- No previous Finance experience is needed as full training will be given

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
