**About The Role**

Linkline serving residents of Hounslow for over 34 years. We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week offering a range of alarms to residents within the borough. We have a vacancy for a Linkline Admin person who will be responsible for dealing with the referrals, making appointments and liaising with the team, family members, organisations and professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Work with adult social services to promote the Telecare service and a champion for Telecare and assist with complex cases, assist with just checking cases for Telecare service in liaison with social service.

2. Monitor referrals received from social workers and offer guidance and assistance where required.

3. Attend home visits and assess needs of clients issued with devices as part of the hospital discharge service.

4. Work collaboratively with the Linkline Officers to offer a seamless service to users.

**Your Skills**:
1. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and react calmly and efficiently in an emergency.

2. Ability to programme Telecare sensors for a range device

3. Good standard of numeracy and literacy and ability to keep accurate records and collate data.

4. Ability to carry out a number of home visits and manage workload.

**Essential for the Role**
- Hold a full driving licence and must provide own motorised transport.
- Basic DBS

This post is considered by the authority to be a customer-facing position; as such it falls within scope of the Code of Practice on English language requirement for public sector workers. The council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
