**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with good communication skills to join our dedicated Admin team who provide administrative support across the school.

Responsibilities include; the production of a range of documents and reports, filing and assisting the Exams Officer to ensure the robust and rigorous administration of all internal and public exams.

You will often be the first point of contact with the school for parents and the public and you will need excellent communication and customer care skills. Good IT skills, the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information, together with a flexible and pro-active approach are also essential.
- Grade 'C' GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent appropriate typing, academic and vocational qualifications
- Previous work in a similar role in a school would be an advantage
- Good organization and planning skills - to manage a heavy and fluctuating workload within a pressurised environment and the ability to successfully revise priorities within a planned programme of work
- An understanding of the statutory and other requirements involved in school administration
- Experience of Bromcom is desirable
- High quality word processing, typing and presentation skills to write and produce letters, reports, statements, correspondence and documents incorporating excellent punctuation, grammar and spelling
- A minimum of three years' successful experience in an administrative role
