Freelance Photographer/ Floor Planner

Key Responsibilities:

- Photographing properties in a professional and artistic manner
- Creating detailed floor plans to accurately represent the layout of properties
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all photographs and floor plans meet the high standards of Outline
- Ensure all photographs and floor plans are delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Make sure our clients are represented in the best way with exceptional customer service and attention to detail
- Option to work on weekends & evenings for overtime pay
- The ability to independantly travel to each job location

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in property photography and floor planning
- Strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to various locations around London

This job requires talking to both clients and vendors on a daily basis. It will also require you to think on your feet and use initiative as you will be alone in each of these properties. This is a freelance opportunity where jobs will be sent to you and you'd have the option of taking them on.
