Mays Floorplans Ltd is a leading provider of top-quality property photographs, video/virtual tours, EPCs, and floor plans. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are now seeking an additional full-time experienced property Photographer/Floor planner and EPC Assessor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced property photographer and floor planner to work with us throughout central London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking photography, floor/lease plans, and EPCs, and will be required to work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake property photography, floor/lease plans, and EPCs to a high standard
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results
  • Travel across London on a company-provided scooter
  • Assist with other tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in property photography, sketching floor plans, and EPCs
  • A very good standard of spoken and written English
  • Proficient Photoshop skills and preferably some knowledge of Capture One or Lightroom
  • A Compulsory Bike Training certificate
  • A flexible and team-oriented approach
