BleuPlan is an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects. Services range from photography, floor plans and virtual tours

We are currently looking for a Property Photographer to join our team in the Central London area. Full training to our in-house style will be provided. The role is for an intern with no experience.

Main Responsibilities

Visit properties to take photographs and /or produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with the RICS standards and guidelines.

Upload your floor plan sketches and your photographs to our in-house system the same day as the appointment.

Carry out a domestic energy assessment at each property (where required)

Complete a full Virtual Tour scan of the property.

You must be a talented photographer with a keen eye for detail and be willing to learn how to draw accurate floor plans. Our clients operate in the middle to upper-end of the property market therefore you should be customer-focused and organised with excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
