Facilities and Maintenance Administrator

We are currently recruiting a Facilities and Maintenance Administrator based primarily at our Lutterworth and Hinckley sites. This role will also support other Technology UK sites and involves assisting in coordinating the UK Engineering Team's administration and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance per local laws, guidance and legislation.
**About the Role**
**How you will contribute**
- Utilise computer to update records on company systems including:
- Systems updates for Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance and other related equipment or activities supported by QPulse
- Ensure updates are entered into the MMS in a timely manner to provide performance management
- Support cost savings through continuous improvement
- Perform administrative activities, including:
- End dates of service contracts & advise of renewals dates
- Internal audits to ensure compliance
- Budget & Expenditure Tracker for the Facilities & Maintenance and Engineering Team
- Ensure UK Engineering Team’s (Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities) administration and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance per local laws, guidance, and legislation
- Carry out procurement/purchase requisitioning activities within the UK Engineering and Facilities Team
- Maintenance and analysis of database up to date with timely, accurate, and detailed information across UK e.g. Task completion, overdue, hours with contractors, travel time
- Liaise and work closely in conjunction with teams from other UK sites.
**Your Key Qualifications**
- Must be able to follow through on all assignments
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Strong office administration skills including complete knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional, accurate & precise, ability to manage multiple tasks.
**Additional Information**
A valid driving license and use of a vehicle is required as travel between sites will be required.
