Maintenance and Facilities Administrator

**About the Role**
**How you will contribute**
- Responsible for daily administration of repairs and maintenance requirements across sites
- Coordinating repairs and facilities maintenance requirements with internal and external contractors
- Utilise computerS to update records on company systems including Systems updates for Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance and other related equipment or activities supported by QPulse
- Ensure updates are entered into the MMS in a timely manner to provide performance management
- Support cost savings through continuous improvement
- Perform administrative activities, including:
- End dates of service contracts & advise of renewals dates
- Internal audits to ensure compliance
- Budget & Expenditure Tracker for the Facilities & Maintenance and Engineering Team
- Support with procurement/purchase requisitioning activities within the UK Engineering and Facilities Team
- Maintenance and analysis of database up to date with timely, accurate, and detailed information across UK e.g. Task completion, overdue, hours with contractors, travel time
- Liaise and work closely in conjunction with teams from other UK sites.
- Ensure UK Engineering Team’s (Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities) administration and documentation managed effectively to ensure completeness and compliance per local laws, guidance, and legislation
**Your Key Qualifications**
- Strong office administration skills including complete knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency in Excel
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy and ability to work in fast paced environments
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Professional, accurate & precise, ability to manage multiple tasks.
**Additional Information**
- A valid driving license and use of a vehicle is required as travel between sites will be required
