**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking to appoint a **Key Account Administrator **who will support the key account managers with specific tasks and arrangement relevant to the account. You will be scheduling activity with the major client and specific Service Engineers where necessary.

You will gather data and update the weekly sales report and data collection and updating ad hoc projects within TK Elevator.

You will be ensuring the stated levels of customer service are maintained at all times. You will ensure all processes and procedures are followed to enable the office to operate efficiently and effectively.

**Who you are and what we are looking for?**
- Strong previous experience working as an Administrator within a sales team preferential
- Customer service experience
- Business administration type activities
- You will be customer oriented, able to demonstrate excellent customer focus and a desire to find the right outcomes for the customer in a professional and positive manner
- It is essential that you have strong problem-solving ability and good attention to detail
- It would be an advantage if you have had previous experience using Navision and Google docs
- You will be an enthusiastic, optimistic, and able to work well in teams.
- You will have strong communication skills, verbally and written
