**F&B Bookings and Experience Coordinator - 5 star luxury hotel**

We are looking for a **F&B Bookings and Experience Coordinator** to join our team

**Work pattern**:9am to 5:30pm / Monday to Friday with occasional weekends when required

**As a F&B Bookings and Experience Coordinator you will**:

- ensure the smooth running of the F&B department from an administration perspective
- maximise sales and contribute positively towards the success of the department
- communicate efficiently and work closely with the Operations team
- nurture and maintain relationships with clients, both corporate and agency based
- work closely with the F&B department to ensure a smooth running of the hotel day-to-day logistics and strategy

**We are looking for an individual with **a great level of English and professional communication skills, who is a good planer and self-starter with an understanding of the sales process. Previous experience with reservations platforms such as **OpenTable, **tagvenue**,** **designm**yn**ight**, **wedding**da**tes** is **requi**red**.**
