Operations Co-ordinator

**Claritest Ltd**, is a up and coming work place testing laboratory and we are looking to recruit an Operations Co - Ordinator to join our team.
**What will I be responsible for?**
Reporting into the Laboratory Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard in accordance with customer requirements and company targets.
**Your tasks will involve**:
- Supporting the office and laboratory with administrative duties, including scanning and filing of sensitive customer request forms
- To process customers orders
- To liaise with the sales team, and provide support where required
- To maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- To create and send product training attendance certificates for customers upon completion of training
- To prepare, package and ship outgoing supplies and products in accordance with all applicable company policy and regulations
- To participate in the monthly stock take
- To raise invoices and issues to customers via Sage
- To ensure that the QC approval of products is in place
- To perform the customer onboarding processes
- Perform and document the periodic calibration of breathalysers

**The successful Operations Co-Ordinator, will need the following skills and competencies**:
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Excellent computer skills including expert spreadsheet and data management skills
- Have a good use of intuition and problem-solving skills for productive outcomes
- Good self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on your own and under pressure
- Well organised individual with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
- A minimum of 2 years working within an office environment
- Experience working within operations and logistics is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Sage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Working in an Office Environment: 2 years (required)
