**Job Overview**

To clean and maintain MoJ portfolio supported accommodation programmes to ensure that they operate as smoothly and effectively as possible.

The role covers **Norfolk, Suffolk** and surrounding areas

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Cleaning of rooms/properties as directed, ensuring that all rooms/properties are of a good clean standard.
- Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
- Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
- Check kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards.
- Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
- Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
- Support when no lone working is required
- Carry out sharps sweeps

- Some basic “handyman skills” (i.e. re-fixing shelves, removing keys safes or installing them)
