We are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team in Calderdale. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer is responsible for providing tenancy management support to people in their home to help them maintain their tenancy.

You will support people with their independent living skills and assist them in the practical and emotional aspects of maintaining their accommodation. You will provide flexible support to meet the individual’s need, based around their physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. Undertake detailed assessments of tenants, and devise individual support and risk management plans. Assist people in accessing and maintaining welfare benefit entitlement and help with budgeting. Encourage positive neighbourhood relations and help individuals adhere to the terms of their tenancy. You will liaise with a range of agencies and individuals on behalf of person you are supporting and refer them to appropriate or specialist agencies

The team work Monday -Friday, agile and flexibly to deliver a high quality service. The salary is £23,596.00 per annum, 35 hours per week, this is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2025. We offer great benefits including 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory holidays.
