Payroll Senior

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll professional to join our client, a prestigious accountancy firm in Belfast, as a Payroll Senior. This is a great opportunity for a driven and passionate individual with strong analytical and organizational skills to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll output
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Providing ad-hoc payroll advice to both clients and internal teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key personnel
- Supporting the management team to ensure all projects are undertaken and completed on time
- Training and development of junior staff, including payroll legislation updates, system changes and payroll efficiencies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Experience of working in a client-facing environment
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of Sage Payroll, Xero Payroll, or other payroll software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: Competitive salary, £27K-£32K
