**Blackfox are working with a well-known charity with business across UK and Ireland to recruit for their new Senior Payroll Associate. This is a new role put in place to support the Charity’s growing workforce.**

**Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will process the end-to-end payroll process for around 1800 staff to ensure the timely and accurate payments**:

- Support the Payroll Manager with the end-to-end payroll process across 3 jurisdictions (UK, ROI & IOM)
- Calculate overtime, deductions, sickness, etc.
- Assist other payroll team members with queries and decision making.
- Preparation of reports for upper management and finance team.
- Update any changes to employee information relevant to payroll.
- 3+ years payroll experience, or CIPP qualified.
- Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to Payroll
- Understanding of HMRC and Auto-enrolment
- 3 days working from home.
- Flexitime
