As one of the teams **HR Advisors**, you will be responsible for providing direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management by handling a variety of HR-related duties, delivering consistent advice, with a focus onassisting with collating and preparing the information for monthly payroll and managing the running of the payroll process with our external provider.

**The main responsibilities will involve;**
- Support the business in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and answer general policy questions about employment, working conditions, compensation, benefits and staff exits while keeping our HR systems current and accurate in terms of HR information.
- Collate and administer monthly payrolls, including instructions on overtime, benefits, leaves, exits, starters, changes in hours etc.
- Liaise with senior staff and external payroll provider to ensure that information is accurate and delivered within specified payroll timelines.
- Administer the employee benefits, annual company bonus and salary increases.
- Administer all leave entitlements for employees including - maternity, paternity, parental etc.
- Use reporting and systems available to effectively monitor, track and audit HR processes to mitigate against risk and ensure compliance.
- Be flexible to undertake other duties that may be required from time to time.

**Qualifications - External**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HR and payroll administrator.
- CIPD qualification and or relevant HR/payroll qualification.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ HR systems experience, with Oracle being an advantage.
- Strong knowledge on employment legislation in Northern Ireland and familiarity with company terms and conditions of employment.
- Working knowledge of Data Protection obligations and confidentiality as applies to a HR professional.
- Excel skills and analytical ability.
- Proactive and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, making naturally good first impressions and with the ability to be tactful, diplomatic and professional.
- Positive influencer with the ability to interact with people from a variety of different seniority, cultures and business disciplines.
- Excellent organising and planning with a keen attention to detail.
