Are you an experienced Tax or Trust Administrator, with excellent levels of administrative experience and attention to detail? Would you like to work with an established team, based within the Private Client department at my client's busy Maidstone office?

Working full time, with hybrid options, you will be assisting with work on specific projects, and providing general support to the wider team.

Your role may include:

- registering trusts with HMRC
- liaising, meeting and advising trustees on duties and responsibilities
- ensuring compliance procedures are followed correctly
- working alongside the Tax Manager, to complete annual accounts
- drafting documentation and completing forms (IHT etc), as part of the administration of the trusts
- encouraging repeat business and ongoing client relationships, whilst developing new relationships
- raising invoices, and ensuring timely payments

**Salary**: between £26,000 and £29,000- dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- with hybrid working options

You will need:

- experience in previous Tax/Trust Administrator positions, or relevant professional qualifications (STEP Foundation, STEP, ILEX or Solicitor)
- great IT skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- a proactive attitude towards own workload
