We are seeking to recruit an Outpatient Clinic Administrator who has a passion for high quality customer care.

The successful applicant will be working in the Paediatric Outpatient department dealing with tasks such as preparing clinic paperwork, providing reception cover, and assisting the wider clinical and nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care.

As an Outpatient Clinic Administrator you will receive training and guidance in order to provide support to the Outpatient department at Musgrove Park Hospital.

The post holder is required to cover reception duties in Outpatient settings providing support to the clinical teams who see patients in that area. Tasks may include checking in of patients, collecting and updating patient demographics, assisting with patients checking in on automated systems, answering patient queries, preparing patient notes for clinic, scanning and verifying clinic correspondence, and booking of
follow up appointments.

The post holder is required to adhere to Trust Policies and maintain the Trust’s values and core standards.
