Local Edinburgh role for a Payroll Manager with payroll bureau experience looking for progression.
**Your new company**
Hays are excited to be working with a local CA Firm based in Edinburgh that pride themselves on their drive and ability to make a positive impact for their employees and clients. This role has become available to lead the payroll operations for the firm, reportingdirectly into the Managing Partner.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be leading the payroll department to ensure that payroll services to clients are delivered with quality and meeting deadlines. You will ensure effective policies and procedures are implemented to provide a high quality service toa varied client base.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed, you will have experience leading a payroll team within a payroll bureau environment. You will be a payroll professional who can lead from the front and able to drive continuous development and improvement within a team. You will demonstrate goodorganisation, time management and a commercial awareness to develop further opportunities for the wider team.
