We're looking for a Payroll Manager to join us in Edinburgh or Bristol on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. CMS is at the start of the implementation of a new cloud-based HR HCM technology and we are currently recruiting to support what will be an essentialand exciting project to transition the Firm to our Future Facing proposition.

***About the Role**
The role will work closely with other process leads and the wider business with responsibility for ensuring that all elements of our UK payroll are understood and documented. Working with our implementation partners the role will be the internal point of contactfor our payroll implementation. Acting as the SME the role will own the requirements and delivery of the payroll module in the new HR technology. Additionally, the role will work closely with other HR leads to understand any impact policies and processes haveon our payroll implementation.

***About You** We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager with prior work experience of a large-scale payroll system delivery project or similar change initiative. This role will suit an experienced individual who has a strong process improvement background andmanagement experience, with extensive complex payroll management experience. A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.
