**Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant**

**Location: Salisbury**

**Start Date: September 2023**

TimePlan Education are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as a Teaching Assistant and work in schools across Salisbury. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and supporting their educational journey. While no formal qualifications are required, relevant experience in a similar role will be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
- Help prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
- Supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and interactive lessons.

**Requirements**:

- No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to professionalism and punctuality.
- The ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs within the classroom.
