This is a full-time, long-term position available for a teaching assistant in a school committed to learning for pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You do not need to have a qualification.

**About the role**:
You will be supporting children either 1:1 or in the general class who have complex learning needs. You will need to be reliable and flexible as each day is different.

**About the school**:
School hours for a teaching assistant are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 3:30, term-time only. Start date is Monday 17 th April.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Teaching assistant - unqualified you will:

- Friendly and nurturing qualities
- A desire to support children with special educational needs and disabilities
- A caring, patient nature
- Well organised and flexible

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Some experience of supporting children and young people in a school, care or support setting is desirable.
