**About the role and our team**

Join our small and friendly team as an Administrative Officer for the Public Sector Pensions Authority

This is a key role responsible for supporting the Public Sector Pensions Authority (PSPA) in the efficient and effective administration of public sector pensions across Government.

Day to day, some of your duties will include:

- Greeting visitors to the workplace and attending to them
- Undertaking administrative work to support our customers and staff
- Receiving and responding to enquiries from staff, customers and the general public
- Processing and preparing documentation
- Maintaining systems, databases and processes

You will also need excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with customers face to face, written communication and telephone conversations.

This is a unique position responsible for a variety of clerical and organisational tasks to support keeping the Public Sector Pensions Authority business running efficiently. If this role would be a great role for you, we would love to hear from you
