Alliance Pioneer Group are recruiting for a Rota coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and management services of our busy ambulance service

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a salary starting at £24,375 and raising dependant on experience.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling - Organising staff rota's and managing staff queries whilst taking daily direction from management.
- General Office Tasks - printing/scanning, filing, office supplies, liaising with management team, HR team, clinical/training team, accounting team and make-ready team.
- Liaise with third parties and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising and building a good relationship with staff and clients.
- Will be well versed on all Microsoft programmes and Apple computers.
- Able to work from own initiative and be able to prioritise.
- Able to multi-task.
- Pick up and learn new systems and process quickly.
- Have excellent organisation skills.
- Have great attention to detail.
