**Please note: this is a full time role, working Monday - Friday. The company do operate a hybrid structure of working if needed for this role. The working hours are 37.5, it is flexible working where there are 5 core hours a day which must be worked.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Admin tasks such as: diary management, call handling and general admin duties as required.
- To offer admin support and provide written communication to the department when required.
- Client liaison - confirm appointments and log details onto the Microsoft Schedule diary system to ensure optimum time management
- Handle telephone contact with clients, making appointments etc. Report relevant information to colleagues.
- Prepare pre-meeting material for advisors.
- Receiving post meeting debriefing from adviser and creating a plan of action showing timescales and task responsibilities.
- Sending off information requests to providers, following these through to receipt of information.
- Drafting letters as required.
- Preparing new business packs.
- Submitting new business and following this through to completion.
- Support the team with the production of their work.
- Maintain seamless filing within paperless office environment and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Sorting and scanning of post and documents for advisers and para-planners.
- Outsourced Work where required.
- Active input to the general business development of the firm.
- Other relevant and reasonable duties that might arise from time-to-time including assisting other departments.
