Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Support Worker at HF Trust in Banbury, Oxfordshire, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized support to clients, enabling them to maintain relationships with family and friends
• Assisting clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, cooking, and personal care
• Developing and implementing support plans to promote independence and confidence
• Working closely with clients to assess their needs and preferences
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

You will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of £11.74, along with opportunities for overtime, Bank Holiday pay, and 33 days of annual leave. We also offer training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
