So, as a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

Working in one of our departments your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about. You don't need retail experience to join our family. But you do need to be the kind of warm, friendly, hardworking and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hard working close team.

Working in the Process Team you will need to have good product knowledge to take part in daily inventory management to enable great stock availability for our customers.

Shifts required are

Sunday 9am - 6pm

Monday 6am -12pm

Tuesday 5pm - 11pm

Please Note:
Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.

Advertised rates of pay are applicable to 23 years +

Under 18: £8.47 (probationary rate) - £8.56 (full rate)

18 - 20 years: £8.82 (probationary rate) - £8.90 (full rate)

21 - 22 years: £10.26 (probationary rate) - £10.32 (full rate)
