Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for efficient office management? We're seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success.

Position: Office Manager
Working Hours: 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Longridge, Preston

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and facilitating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist with financial administration tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by organizing team-building activities and promoting open communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
