**What level of experience will I need?**
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to change.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for being part of the Customer service team to deliver day-to-day activities.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements by understanding our customer base and product portfolio.
- To provide effective liaison, support and assistance to all departments in relation to customer service issues to ensure resolution is secured.
- To ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally, administering the paperwork pertaining to the call. Dealing with orders and queries concisely, maintaining world class service. Offering alternative/related products where necessary and going the extra mile to support the customer.
- To interact and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers within agreed timelines and where timelines are delayed, liaise with customer.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain customer service levels.
- Liaise with suppliers to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Continuous development of product knowledge both National and Home brands.
- Ensuring that Kerridge is maintained and updated with all relevant data, including the note section.
- Offer after sales support and answer technical queries.
