Each staff member is offered the opportunity to undertake training courses, with a focus on supporting you in achieving your goals, just like you will support the students to achieve theirs.

Collaboratively, the staff team work hard, support each other and embrace changes in the workplace. The staffroom is a happy place to be, and you are very welcome to join in.
