**ASB Officer / Anti-Social Behaviour Officer**

**St Helens - Covering Liverpool patch**

Our Safer Estates Compliance Team provide a crucial function in protect demand for our properties from the negative effects of nuisance, anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches, using a range of early intervention tools to combat nuisance withinone or more of our three heartlands; Liverpool, St Helens & Warrington.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Triage all ASB, domestic abuse and hate crime cases in line with company standards, risk assessing cases, ensuring support and target hardening measures are utilised
- Use early intervention measures such as tenancy warnings, mediation, whilst evidence gathering and working with key partners where appropriate.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have experience of case management in relation to ASB or nuisance, supported by a sound knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy conditions
- Be able to take responsibility for your own caseload from start to finish, working with key partner agencies to resolve cases
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
