**Telecoms Service Executive / Service Account Manager**
- **a non-sales or revenue generating role**

**£28,000 - £33,000 DOE + car or allowance**

We are looking for a Service Account Manager for our client who are within the Telecoms and Unified Communications industry. For this position they require someone with Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery or any other customer focussedrole within the Telecoms sector.

Approximately 90% of your role will be internal based (office and home), and around 10% of your time will also have you attending client premises and so for this the role also includes a company car or a car allowance on top of your basic salary.

This is NOT a sales or revenue generating role - it is purely focussed on service delivery to clients and also ensuring that their services and accounts are running smoothly and that any issues are quickly identified and resolved. Any technical issues thatyour customers may be experiencing you will identify and delegate to the appropriate team within the business, and all account administration and additional customer service will be handled by you also - with the exception of new revenue opportunities withthe customer as these will go to the sales department.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Building productive and proactive long-term relationships with existing customers
- Carry out periodic service reviews with customers, which will include a monthly service report
- Ensure service levels are being met and expectations are being exceeded
- Coordinating with internal teams and individuals to support or take ownership where required.
- Document all customer feedback and issues, relaying the feedback to the relevant team / colleague where required
- Ensure CRM is always fully updated
- Work with Sales Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support, spot and develop new business opportunities within accounts
- Develop strong working relationships across internal and external parties that impact accounts, i.e., all departments within the business, and with key contacts of customers.

On top of your starting basic salary of up to £33,000 depending on experience (possibly slightly negotiable) this role also qualifies for a company car or an additional car allowance on top of your basic salary should you prefer that instead.
