Our internal recruitment team is responsible for developing and implementing a successful talent attraction strategy across our business divisions: Corporate, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Technical Services (Engineering), Projects (Construction) and Integrated Solutions (TFM) whilst providing day-to-day recruitment support to our hiring managers ensuring that we can attract, engage and recruit the best talent available in the market.

**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Internal Recruiter - Corporate to join our passionate and driven team based in our Ipswich office.

This is an internal recruitment role therefore no outbound business development calls will be required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CV shortlisting & distribution.
- Interview scheduling and support.
- Attending job events.
- Building relationships with educational facilities.
- Provide hands on recruitment support.

**About You**:

- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business.
- Experience communicating with senior-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Creative flair - experience with social media or digital marketing would be preferable (but not essential).

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
