Computer Drop-in Volunteer

Providence Row is a charity in East London working with around 1,200 homeless and vulnerably housed people a year in London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, recovery, learning and training programmes
**Volunteer Role**:
Providence Row Employability team runs Computer drop-in sessions for clients to be able to have free access to computers, a member of staff will always be on hand to support the clients with anything they may need. A volunteer would help to support these sessions.
- Assist the staff member to set up the room & ensure it is tidy & break it down at the end of the session, securing the laptops.
- Ensure all IT room rules are followed - e.g. No eating & drinking
- Give out headphones / supplies needed
- Promote training courses
- We are looking for volunteers with a willingness to get stuck in & help out. If this is you & you also have an interest in supporting adults experiencing homelessness and related issues, get in touch today
**When**
Tuesday 10am-12pm
**This is an unpaid voluntary position**. We can pay travel expenses & you can have a breakfast/lunch after your shift.
Volunteer's must be over 18 for this role

**Salary**: From £1.00 per day

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
