Our national Financial Modelling team is growing; we are looking for an Associate to join the team in London.

Providing project and infrastructure financial advisory, financial model development and model review services to the firm's clients and to other internal RSM service lines. You will be responsible for detailed execution of projects for a wide variety of clients across the corporate and non-profit sectors, from listed multi-nationals and central government departments, through financial institutions and funds, to OMBs and charities.

**Responsibilities**
- Auditing and review of financial models
- Development of complex financial and business models (cashflow forecasts, strategic planning tools, business plans)
- Modelling for fund raising transactions (project finance, leveraged finance, IPOs, private equity)
- Advice, structuring, fundraising, modelling and analysis in support of a variety of projects, including infrastructure and renewable energy, also including support for joint ventures and M&A transactions
- Project management of client engagements (time management, WIP management etc)
- Preparation of high quality engagement documentation (from pitch and scoping documents through engagement and
- take-on documentation to deliverables and reports)
- Development of client pitches/proposals
- Development of marketing material to support our service delivery, for internal and external publication
- Development of own network across the practice to enable opportunities to grow the team
- Contribute to ongoing development of methodologies, team processes, templates, tools and best practice documentation
- Contribute to internal reporting and operational improvement initiatives

To be considered for the position you will need the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Fully qualified ACA (or equivalent).
- Exposure to corporate finance / financial modelling work is beneficial, but not essential
- Good IT literacy required, particularly in Excel; exposure to specialised spreadsheet review or analysis tools are an advantage
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- A self-starter and able to master a brief quickly, combined with a sensitivity to risk management
- Be commercially focused and demonstrate a proven record of resilience
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Show the ability to adapt to specific client needs
- Understand strategic rationale for transactions
- Work as a team player and able to prioritise projects effectively and to work to challenging deadlines
